the room was dark so i slept very well it was a superior room i found the staff really great i think i will return there is a cozy atmosphere
the door to the shower leaked a bit water cascaded out while i used it

the bathroom had heated toilet seats! and the warm water jets were a lovely surprise. a welcome champagne. the junior contemporary suite included a comfy large bed and chromecast for streaming, i loved it.

lovely decor special stay friendly staff
The location offered easy access to many places i wished to visit. the room was clean, and the lovely decor. i loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel and really appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help.
the bathroom could use a small shelf near the sink.

interior design wonderful staff great breakfast watered down soap cheap shower curtain broken toilet flush
The hotel interior throughout the hotel pleased me. I liked the room design. Staff members were wonderful and the breakfast was great. I found the soundproofing to be the best I have experienced. I could not hear any outside noise.
I noticed soap seemed watered down. I saw a cheap-looking shower curtain, even though photos showed a shower door. The toilet flush did not work properly. It needed adjustment to stop flushing.

Acceptable Stay with Service Shortcomings
unwelcoming staff limited buffet
The location was convenient for exploring the city.
I found the reception staff less than cute during check-in. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. There were limited options and no rolls available at 9 am. The loud room doors and dishes left in the hallway also detracted from the experience.

warm welcome charming ambiance convenient location
The staff gave me a very warm welcome. I received sparkling wine as I arrived. I found many nice touches and a charming ambiance. The location was convenient for Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.
I noticed the lack of a mini fridge in the room.

This hotel offers easy access from Heathrow to Liverpool Station, a big plus for me. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants, a good advantage. It also is very convenient for business in the city and summer markets.

The breakfast in the Orangery was nice. There were not many people there when I arrived at 8:30 AM on Saturday. The bar was also nice. I spent a few hours there Saturday night.
